Where can these products be used?
- China/China Mainland eSIM – usable only in mainland China.
- China–Hong Kong–Macau eSIM – covers mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau (regional package).
How long is the active period?
eSIM products are available in various durations, from 1 day up to 30 days, depending on the selected package.
Important note:
The eSIM must be scanned within a certain period (e.g. within 30 days after purchase). If not scanned within this time, it will expire and cannot be used.
How do I activate the eSIM?
- After purchase, you will receive a QR code via email.
- Scan the QR code via Settings → Add eSIM on your phone.
- It is recommended to scan the QR code before arriving in China for smoother access (including TikTok access).
Tip: Make sure your device supports eSIM by checking the EID in your phone’s settings.
Does it support calls or SMS?
All products sold are data-only internet packages. Voice calls and SMS are not supported.
Can I use hotspot / tethering?
Yes, hotspot/personal tethering is supported on most eSIM packages.
What should I know about the network & technology?
- SIM cards and eSIMs operate on 4G LTE networks (some packages support 5G, depending on device and service availability).
- APN settings are usually mobile / cmLink / cmlink, depending on the purchased product.
Note: Some apps (e.g. TikTok, ChatGPT, Mobile Legends) may not be accessible depending on the package and network. Please check the product description before purchase.
