Japan Travel Fair 2024 is back!
Organized by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), this annual event will be held from August 30 to September 1, 2024, at the Grand Atrium and Mosaic Walk mall in Kota Kasablanka (Kokas), South Jakarta, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB.
At the Japan Travel Fair 2024, JNTO will collaborate with various partners to offer promotions and the best information for those wishing to travel to Japan. These partners include travel agencies, airlines, and exhibitors directly from Japan.

How to Get Cashback:

- Customers must make transactions at Travel Agent tenants at the Japan Travel Fair event from 10:00 to 22:00 WIB.
- Customers who have already made transactions can join the cashback queue at the Mandiri Booth starting at 10:00 WIB.
- Cashback is only valid for Mandiri Credit Card holders.
- When claiming cashback, customers must present:
- Sales draft from Mandiri EDC
- Transaction receipt/invoice from Travel Agent
- Original ID card
- Mandiri Credit Card used during the transaction -
For customers who apply for a credit card at the JTF venue (same day approval) and have transacted at the travel agent, do not need to queue at the cashback booth & cashback will automatically be received by the customer no later than 3 (three) months after the event period / 3 (three) billing cycles after the event ends.
- Same day approval customers are only eligible for cashback benefits on full payment transactions.
- The cashback claim queue cannot be represented / must be the cardholder whose name is stated on the credit card.
- Customers will be charged Rp1 transaction at the cashback booth as proof that the customer has claimed cashback.
- Cashback will be received by customers no later than 3 (three) months after the event period / 3 (three) billing cycles after the event ends.
- Cashback is valid only 1 time / period / customer, customers with more than 1 card can only make 1 claim during the event.
- Cashback is not valid for tour package DP payments (checked via travel agent transaction receipt).
- Cashback is only valid for one sales draft / cannot be combined with several sales drafts, split bills, and cannot claim cashback more than 1x for the same booking code.
- Cashback is not valid for transactions on different days than the date on the sales draft EDC.
- Cashback is distributed on a first come first served basis while the quota is still available.
- If the customer's transaction amount is below the minimum transaction limit, then cashback will not apply.
- The required transaction amount is the transaction amount after Livin’poin redemption (if the customer redeems Livin’poin).

Mandiri Credit Cardholders can participate in the prize draw with the following terms and conditions:
- The transaction is valid at all Japan Travel Fair tenants.
- A maximum of 20 raffle tickets per day (for VISA & Mastercard) and 40 raffle tickets per day (for JCB Precious) are available.
- Raffle tickets are given based on the nominal value per transaction slip, no combining receipts.
- Redemption of raffle tickets with Livin'points is limited to 1 redemption per customer/day and must use Mandiri Credit Cards, with a maximum redemption of 10 raffle tickets per day or 5,000 Livin'points.
- Transaction slips can only be redeemed on the same day; redemption on the following day is not valid and will be forfeited.
- Winners do not have to be present during the raffle.
- Winners are only eligible for 1 prize during the event.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes or converted into cash.
