Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request may only be submitted if one of the following conditions is met:
- The eSIM or SIM card has not been activated or used.
- The eSIM or SIM card is not functioning due to a system error or service provider issue.
- The customer did not receive the product within the promised timeframe due to a shipping error on our part.
Note: All eligible refunds may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 25%, depending on the case and the clarity of information provided by the customer.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- The eSIM or SIM card has already been activated or used.
- The issue was caused by user error, such as incorrect QR code scanning or damage to the SIM card due to improper use.
- The refund request is submitted after the product’s validity period has expired.
- Signal issues experienced in certain locations due to coverage limitations from the service provider.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp and include the following:
- Order number (Order ID)
- Proof of purchase (invoice or email confirmation)
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting evidence, such as screenshots or photos showing technical issues
Verification of your request may take up to 30 business days.
4. Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The time it takes to receive the refund depends on your bank or payment provider’s policy, with an estimated processing time of up to 30 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- The product was received but incomplete or partially damaged.
- The eSIM or SIM card was not used, but an administrative fee of 25% applies for cancellation.
- The eSIM or SIM card was partially used, and technical issues occurred during usage, such as data loss or service interruption on certain days.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review the latest version of the policy before making a purchase.
