Via iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel, then tap Cancel Subscription
If the Subscription Is Not Found
If you can’t find the subscription in your Apple account, make sure to check the purchase receipt email and confirm that you're using the correct Apple ID. If the subscription was made through a Family Sharing account, only the family organizer can cancel it.
