One of Singapore’s most iconic tourist attractions, Gardens by the Bay, has recently been crowned the most popular and most photographed flower garden on Instagram.
This recognition is based on a study conducted by UK-based travel agency Titan Travel. In their research, Titan Travel compiled a list of the world’s most beautiful flower gardens using online data such as Google searches, Tripadvisor reviews containing the word “beautiful,” and social media tags.
Gardens by the Bay stood out as the only garden with more than one million tagged posts on Instagram. It even surpassed other globally renowned gardens such as Australia’s UNESCO World Heritage Site Royal Botanic Gardens and Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo, both of which had over 700,000 hashtagged posts. In addition, Gardens by the Bay has also been tagged over 27,500 times on TikTok.
