As the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays approach, several airlines have begun lowering their domestic flight fares following a directive from President Prabowo in late November.
With this price reduction initiative, Lion Air aims to help the public plan more affordable travel without compromising on comfort and service during flights.

Lion Air Terminal Relocation at Soekarno-Hatta (CGK)
In addition to the fare changes, Lion Air also announced the relocation of its domestic flight operations at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK).
According to Lion Air's official announcement, all domestic flight operations previously located at Terminal 2E will be moved to Terminal 1A, effective December 14, 2024.
Meanwhile, international flights will continue operating from Terminal 2F as usual.
Passenger Advisory Regarding Terminal Relocation
To avoid missed flights due to this terminal change, Lion Air advises passengers to:
- Confirm the terminal location in advance. Make sure to head to Terminal 1A for all domestic departures.
- Double-check your travel schedule through the BookCabin app or the platform where your ticket was booked.
- Plan extra time for connections. If you have connecting flights with other airlines operating from a different terminal, allow sufficient time to transfer.
- Use inter-terminal transportation. Information about schedules and pick-up points for inter-terminal shuttles can usually be found through the airportβs official communication channels.
