What Is All Indonesia Immigration? A New Digital Innovation for Indonesia’s Immigration Services

At the beginning of September 2025, the Government of Indonesia introduced All Indonesia, the latest digital innovation that makes it easier for the public to access immigration services quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Through this platform, services that previously required many manual processes can now be accessed digitally in just a short amount of time.

What Is All Indonesia?

All Indonesia is an official government digital platform that makes it easier for international passengers to manage all arrival requirements—immigration, customs, and health—in just one submission, making the process faster and without long queues.

The platform was officially launched on August 26, 2025, after a series of trials, and is available both as a mobile application (Android & iOS) and in web form at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.

International passengers arriving in Indonesia can start filling out the form up to three days before arrival, and on average, the completion time takes only about 2.5 minutes.

After completing the form, users will receive a unique QR code that must be shown to airport officers upon arrival to speed up verification. All data is guaranteed safe because it is stored in encrypted form and the system has been security-tested by the BSSN (National Cyber and Crypto Agency).

The Difference Between All Indonesia and the Previous System

The main difference between All Indonesia and the previous system lies in data processing and service convenience.

Previously, passengers had to manually fill out several separate forms for immigration, customs, and health, which often took time and created long queues.

With All Indonesia, the entire process is combined into one digital form, data is directly submitted to the relevant agencies, and passengers only need to show their QR code upon arrival, making the process faster, more efficient, and secure.

How to Access and Fill Out All Indonesia

Form completion for All Indonesia is distinguished between Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Nationals (WNA) entering Indonesia. The steps are as follows:

For Indonesian Citizens (WNI)

  1. Visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id and select the “Warga Negara Indonesia” (Indonesian Citizen) menu.
  2. Fill in personal data such as full name, place and date of birth, gender, passport number and expiration date, phone number, and active email address. If filling out the form for another person, simply use the “Tambah Pelaku Perjalanan” (Add Traveler) feature.
  3. Enter flight details, including the date and number of the international flight used.
  4. Complete address information while in Indonesia and the purpose of arrival.
  5. Answer questions related to customs, baggage, and health as required.
  6. After the form is completed and submitted, the system will automatically generate a special QR code.
  7. Save or download the QR code, then show it to immigration officers upon arrival at the airport.

For Foreign Nationals (WNA)

  1. Access allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id, then select the “Pengunjung Asing” (Foreign Visitor) menu.
  2. Fill in personal information according to passport data, including nationality, passport number and validity period, full name, place and date of birth, phone number, and active email. If registering another person, simply use the “Add Traveler” feature.
  3. Enter flight details, including the number and date of the international flight used to enter Indonesia.
  4. Provide the address of your destination in Indonesia and state the purpose of your visit (e.g., tourism, business, or family).
  5. Answer questions related to customs, health, and quarantine if required.
  6. Once the form is completed, the system will generate a special QR code that can be downloaded or saved. This code must be shown to officers upon arrival at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

By completing the All Indonesia form correctly and thoroughly, the arrival process in Indonesia will become faster and more convenient. Make sure all data matches your travel documents to avoid any issues during inspection at the airport.
